Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 13, 2022 at New Hope Assembly of God (4425 70th St., Urbandale, IA). A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, also at the church. Burial will take place immediately after the funeral at Ankeny Memorial Gardens.
