I will miss stopping by he house and when I came in the door having Andy yell up the stairs from his Den, "Hi Jo, How are you doing?" And always a joke and laughter when I called on the phone. I will miss Andy and the laughter, too.

Andy was our general manager at Iowa Realty. He was a great listener when we went to him for guidance. His caring was very special for people and our real estate family always had his attention whether business or personal. Andy was an articulate speaker for our weekly meetings and we always knew what was expected from us as realtors. Usually, at the end he would weave a cute joke into the closing often estate related. He was highly respected and admired by all realtors.

My deepest sympathy and love to my cousins Terry, Tim, Kay, and Tom Kasper for your loss. I will never forget growing up in the Sharmin house, or walking threw miles of tall grass just to trick or treat at uncle Andy's for one (1) piece of candy and another short cut threw more tall grass and thistles everywhere. Aunt Cathy was my favorite and uncle Andy was always nice and i remember his smile the most. I am so sorry and will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. God be with you.
