I worked for Barb when my husband and I first moved to Des Moines area. I worked for her at Briggs Corp and then when she went to Kness Mfg. She was the most amazing boss and I loved working for her. She was the best example of how a manager should manage. She was fair but kind. I thought the world of her and she blessed me in so many ways. I have thought of her many times over the years. I have no doubt she will be missed by many.
