Carol Lee Paullin, 73, of Ankeny passed away October 4, 2015 at Mercy Hospice in Johnston.
A funeral mass will be held Thursday, 2:00 p.m., October 8, 2015 at Our Lady’s Immaculate Heart Church. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
Carol is survived by her husband Rex, a son Scott, a stepson and a step daughter.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and first son Michael.
