My sincere sympathy to all of Gary's family! He always greeted with a smile and either a hand shake or a hug! I always enjoyed seeing him at our class reunions. He made it a point to make contact with everyone there. One of the Good Ones!!!

Gary and I met in Baker Hall my freshman year at UNI. We were instant friends and spent many hours together. He was always kind and thoughtful with an energetic smile and quick to laugh. We looked alike in many ways so people often asked if we were brothers. I attended his wedding to Mary and showed up a week early - better early than late. Although we did not see each other for years I will miss him. He was the kind of guy that was a lifelong friend whether you saw each other or not. My condolences to the entire family. Call or write if you need anything.

Remembering Gary and sending sympathy to Mary and family. Gary and I were K-12 classmates, around the section farm neighbors and friends. Always special will be the great catch-up conversation at our 55th HS class reunion this past summer. Gary was one of the good ones and will long be remembered and loved.

Dear Mary and family, We send our condolences. Gary will certainly be missed. He had one of the sweetest smiles and shyest natures but certainly enjoyed life with his family and colleagues. Thank you for video streaming Mass. Sincerely, Patty and John Reidell

Mary, Mindy and Matt, There are NO words to express how I feel. Know that I love you all and glad Gary is finally at peace. He was one of a kind! We will miss him greatly.
