I lived in the Frederick basement in 83 and 84. Jan and Bob were great landlords. After moving in, we found out Janice knew my Mom from Melrose. What I remember most is getting stuck in a blizzard outside of Elkhart, with Bob, trying to get to Lori's place. I had to walk out to get help. Many memories of my time with the Fredericks.
