Kelly J. Linkenmeyer, 60, of Ankeny, IA, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 12, 2021 with his family by his side. Kelly was born in Waterloo, IA on October 15, 1960 to George and Mary Linkenmeyer.

Kelly worked as a drywall finisher for different construction companies most of his working career. He loved to fish, ride his motorcycle, smoke meat in his Traeger grill, and joke around with his family and friends. He loved to spend time with his boys, family and friends. You could always see him in his recliner with one or both dogs by his side.

He is survived by his wife, Joni; two sons, Andrew and Carson; sisters, Sue Jensen, Shelly(Tom) Siglin; brothers, Jeff, Rick (Sabrina), Jim, and Todd Linkenmeyer; brother-in-law, Jeff (Patty) Lehman; and Joni’s parents, Gene and Mavis Lehman. Kelly is preceded in death by his parents, George and Mary Linkenmeyer; and brother-in-law, Dick Jensen.
