Kristin L. Roberts

October 3, 1974 - February 11, 2022

Kristin Linn Roberts, 47, passed away February 11, 2022 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, IA.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at Memorial Services of Iowa (4208 N. Ankeny Blvd) in Ankeny, IA. Family will greet friends an hour prior to the service. Burial will immediately follow the funeral at Colfax Cemetery in Colfax, IA.

Kristin was born October 3, 1974 in Des Moines, IA to Phil and Jan Roberts. She played basketball during her high school years at Bettendorf High School. After graduating, she went on to attend University of Northern Iowa for one year before earning her associate’s degree from Scott Community College. Kristin worked many different jobs, but she particularly enjoyed working in product support for CenturyLink. She was faced with many challenges in her work, but enjoyed taking care of customers and finding solutions to their problems.

Kristin was very personable and loved spending time with her friends. She would often take mini-vacations with them. She also enjoyed watching the Kansas City Chiefs. She was an animal-lover, and especially loved her dogs. Her nieces were her whole world, and she loved spending time with them.

She is survived by her parents, Phil (Paula) Roberts and Jan Roberts; brother, Scott (Amy) Roberts; nieces, Emily and Madeline Roberts; and many cousins and friends.
