Len Pallas, 81, passed away September 25, 2021 at Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines, IA. He was born in Spring Ranch, NE to Joseph and Mary (Hubl) Pallas.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 1, 2021 at Ankeny First United Methodist Church (206 SW Walnut St). https://boxcast.tv/view/pallas-memorial-bttqvlltwenwosuloyyd  Family will greet friends at the church one hour prior to the service.

Len married Kay Dundee on February 24, 1990, and the couple enjoyed spending their winters in Florida and traveling the world.  He worked most of his life in upper management in the manufacturing field and as a small business owner. In his free time he enjoyed playing golf with a special group of friends. He was very involved with his church, Ankeny First United Methodist Church, and took part in the Malawi Ministry and made ten mission trips to Malawi, Africa. He also took part in the Carpenters for Christ group in Florida where he helped build handicap ramps for needy people.

Len is survived by his wife, Kay; children, Randy Pallas and Rhonda McKeever; grandchildren, Jordan Sorensen, Briana Sears, Megan McKeever, and Calvin McKeever; great grandchildren, Nikelle Sorensen, Grayson Sorensen, Cadence Sorensen, Elliot Sorensen, and Sebastien Sears; stepchildren, Nancy Ellingson, Mark Ellingson, and Sarah Kircher; and step-grandchildren, Michael Kircher and Madylin Kircher.

The family would like to thank Iowa Lutheran Hospital for their kindness and loving care for Len.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ankeny First United Methodist Church for a borehole (waterwell) in Malawi, Africa.
