Melissa will always hold a very special place in our hearts. ? When we first became neighbors, Melissa always referred to Jim as “Kotter.” (The tv series was very popular at the time and Jim and “kotter” both had very curly hair! ) Melissa’s outgoing personality and love for nearly everyone she met was a quality to behold and one to emulate.
