August 31, 1952 - April 20, 2016

Patrick F. Crouch, 63, of Prairie City went to be with the Lord, April 20, 2016, after a long and courageous battle with skin cancer.
Pat will always be remembered for his kind and caring heart. He spent much of his life as a valiant caregiver.
Patrick is survived by his Sister, Mary Exley, and two brothers Bill and Mark (Sandy), numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
His spirit was preceded in life by his parents Robert and Francis Crouch and brother, Michael.
Thanks to everyone for your kind, loving, and truly heart felt words and actions.
Our Celebration of Life to pay tribute to Pat’s time with us will be held at Thomas Mitchell Park on Friday, May 13th, 5:00-9:00—Shelter #1
