Paul A. Seuferer, 82, of Ankeny died June 19, 2015 at his home surrounded by family.
A Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at Our Lady’s Immaculate Heart Church. A visitation will be held 6:00 p.m. to 7:30p.m., Tuesday, June 23rd at Ankeny Memorial Chapel (4208 N. Ankeny Blvd). Rosary will be said at 5:30, and a Prayer Service will be held at 7:30.
Paul was born December 16, 1932 in Melcher, Iowa to William and Emma Seuferer.
After serving in the Air Force, he graduated from Iowa State University in electrical engineering. He was married to Phyllis Tomlinson October 19, 1957. Later, he retired from Fisher Controls in Marshalltown, IA and resided in Ankeny, IA.
Paul is survived by his wife Phyllis, his children, Melvin (Shawn) Seuferer, Edward (Ann) Seuferer, Judy Seuferer, Janet (Richard) Dressman, Joann Weuve, 7 grandchildren; Joseph, Hannah, Kathryn, and Rachel Dressman, Anna and SydneySeuferer, and Sarah Weuve; brothers, Kenneth, Harold, Jerry, Duane, and David.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a son, Thomas.
