Randol Lee Goodrich passed away at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames, Iowa, on the morning of December 4, 2021, with his daughters at his bedside. He was born December 16, 1953, in Osceola, Iowa, to Carl and Lillian Goodrich. He enjoyed 47 years of marriage to Cynthia (Linder) Goodrich, also of Osceola.
Along with being a devoted husband and father, Randol was a beloved pastor of Faith Christian Fellowship of Elkhart, Iowa, for over 35 years. He was very passionate about his faith in God and desired to spread the love of Jesus with all he met. His other passions included aviation, having a 50 year history as a pilot, along with a wealth of knowledge going back 4 decades concerning natural health and healing. He spent his last 14 years diligently pursuing the Martial Art of Taekwondo, having earned a 5th degree black belt, receiving the title of Master of Taekwondo.
He was preceded in death by his wife; his parents; his brother, Kendall; and his granddaughter, Camille Jane Berglund. He is survived by his brother, Carmen; and his daughters, Sonia (Chris) Johnson, Stephanie (Scott) Berglund, and Randi (Adam) Brucklacher. He was an uncle, great-uncle, and great-great-uncle to many who loved him. He greatly loved and was very proud of his nine grandchildren, Eli, Hezekiah, and Ian Johnson; Sophie, Amelia, Allison, and Camille Berglund; and Jayden and Anaya Brucklacher.
