Richard Daniel Liberty, 74, passed away November 22, 2021, at his home in Ankeny, IA.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at Memorial Services of Iowa (4208 N. Ankeny Blvd) in Ankeny, IA. Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m., immediately following visitation at the funeral home. The funeral will be livestreamed at the following link: https://vimeo.com/648697878

Richard is survived by his wife, Barbara Jean (Coupe) Liberty; son, Tobie Liberty; daughter-in-law, Emily Petrie-Liberty; grandson, Owen Liberty; siblings, Barb Liberty, Gary Liberty, Dennis Liberty, Roger Liberty, and Neil Liberty; and many other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Richard Liberty and Nellie (Johansen) Liberty; and mother-in-law, Bonnie Jean Long.
