My sincere condolences to Bob’s family. Your Uncle Bob and I worked at Dowling Catholic for many years together. Bob was passionate about his faith, enjoyed singing and was one of a kind. May his soul rest in peace.

I was in Mr. Trusty's AP calculus class years ago. It was a tough subject for me, but he always brought humor and good spirits to the work, which made me want to learn. His long career is an amazing demonstration of his love of teaching. My prayers are with the family.

Bob is a good man who spent much of his time and energy trying to make others better. I worked with him for several years at Camp Mitigwa and as a lodge officer for Mitigwa Lodge. Bob expected excellence from us and taught us how to be the best we could be. I am grateful for his example - he is one of those great mentors that helped to shape my teenage years.
