Stephen Deloss Belleville, 65, passed away November 11, 2021 at his home in West Des Moines, IA. He was born January 8, 1956, in Des Moines, IA, to Orville Bellville and Beverly Swallow.

A private memorial service will be held at Memorial Services of Iowa on Tuesday, November 16, 2021. His final resting place is at the Masonic Cemetery in Des Moines, IA.

Steve enjoyed hanging out with his housemates, cooking, watching movies (especially Westerns), playing softball, bowling, and playing his guitar. He loved sports and participated in the Special Olympics.

Steve is survived by his family, Jeff Bellville, Penny Bellville, Marci Malott, Nancy Bellville, Jacob Bellville, Greg Bellville, Alicia Bellville, Kevin Schneider, and Harriet Buck. He is preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Thelma Bellville and Beverly Swallow; brothers, Bruce Bellville and Michael Cross; and sister, Terri Bellville.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Steve’s caregivers at Mainstream Living, Amber Millard, Amber Mann, Erica Voll, Shanell Coger, Germaine Manomba, Justina Yawa, Martha Lok, Ruth Pohlmeier, Stephen Owor, Tabitha Mabiei, Victoria Nesselroad, Nikki Crandall, Maria Bryan, and Jennifer Dodds.
