It was very sad to hear of Tads passing. Tad was one of those people who was very gifted. She enjoyed sports and loved doing cheerleading. She had the sweetest personality and the biggest smile. She was so well liked by so many people. It was nice having her as a friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. My deepest sympathy to her family. Sandi Jones DiMarco. Class of 1971. Tad was just one of those people you gravitated toward. A wonderful spirit and outlook on life. My condolences to her family and friends. She was one of a kind. Incredible athlete, which made her accident even more tragic. I will never forget her and the courage she showed inspired everyone she knew. Rest In Peace my friend. Forever in my heart.

Tad was perhaps the most open, loving and honest person I've ever known and I'm lucky to have had her as a cousin since my youth. Her memory will continue to live large in my life! My sincere condolences to those of the family who were even closer to her.

I am so saddened & strongly impacted to learn of Tad's passing. I send my sincere sympathy to all of Tad's family. We were classmates in Ankeny for many years. I'm thankful our paths crossed a few times again in 'recent' years. We got to chat several times at various retail stores. I'm thankful I got to tell her directly how impressed and inspired I was by her grace and tenacity as she recovered from her accident and injury. I will always remember her for her stunning outer beauty, her strong inner strength and that unmistakable charisma that surrounded her.

Tad was one of a kind. She never knew a stranger and loved her pets. Ankeny was Mayberry when she left….and a bustling city when she returned. The Leverenz family was her life with three great brothers and doting parents. Rest In Peace class member of 1971.
