Sorry to hear about Dr. Marshs' death. He was an excellent Doctor who reminded me of my dad who was a Medical Doctor in Ankeny for 40 years. He really cared about you and took a lot of time with your visit. We would talk about how medical service has changed so much since my dad retired in 1987. God Bless Dr. Frd Marsh!!

Dr. Marsh was my family's doctor, beginning when I was a teenager. Our doctor retired and he recommended Dr. Marsh to us. He genuinely cared about his patients. He always took time to just sit and talk if we needed to. The care that he gave my parents, especially when they got sick at the end, has always meant a lot to me. He came to my dad's visitation. He always asked how everything was going whenever I saw him. He was special. He was a good guy. Dr. Marsh will be missed by everybody that knew him.

My deepest sympathy to family and friends. Dr. Marsh was my family's PCP for many years, but was so much more than that. He genuinely cared for us and often shared stories from home, about his kids, grandkids, dogs or just life in general and was never in a rush. His caring soul touched me deeply and He will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him.

I wanted to extend my sincere sympathy to all of Dr Marsh's family. He was never my doctor & I only met him once. You are wondering why, then, am I writing a message to you. It is because I want to underscore what a wonderful spirit lived within your beloved husband, father & grandpa. You see, I met him at my Aunt's visitation 20yrs ago. She had lived in Ankeny since 1908. He was a young new doctor in town. Yet, their paths crossed & they had bonded & became friends. She always spoke very highly of him, but I was utterly amazed he found & took the time to come to her visitation. After all these years, I have never forgotten the sincerity I saw in his eyes, heard in his voice & felt from his humble demeanor when he spoke to me of their friendship, around the time his brother died. I pray that God will greatly & tenderly comfort each of you & give you strength & His peace, that passes understanding. I also pray that each of you seek & find God, as Dr Marsh did. It's a journey. It's a process. Jesus is an attentive & loving & patient shepherd tending his flock. Sometimes it takes a good while to gather them from hither & yon, from this way & that. It's a journey.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Dr. Marsh. I met him 25 years ago when I had my first child. He was doctor to all three of my children. What a wonderful man, physician and friend. I loved Dr appointments to learn from him and always trusted his care of my kids. So thankful he was a part of their lives and mine. Kelsi - he use to tell me about you going to school at KU for awhile - my brother in law is an economics professor there and knew you while you were there. You and your brothers were Dr. Marsh' s pride and joy. Live well to honor him. So thankful to hear he found God! I pray that you all have peace knowing he is celebrating in heaven. God bless you.

Dr. Marsh was my doctor growing up in Council Bluffs and was always a caring, patient man, even when I wanted to know what every tool and device did and how everything worked. He took time to explain everything. Love to his family, especially to Kelsi, my Brigitta from Sound of Music in 1990. <3
