Evelyn M. McClure, 82, of Ankeny passed away June 29, 2017.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday July 1, 2017 at Resurrection Lutheran Church in Ankeny. A visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service.
Evelyn worked at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines, as a computer operations manager for over 35 years, until her retirement in 1994.
She enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s activities, cooking and baking.
Evelyn is survived by her 3 children, John (Kay) McClure III, Steve (Michelle) McClure, and Debra (Daniel) Betz; six grandchildren, Johnny, Erik, and Alex McClure, Nathan and Jenna Betz, and Wendi Geller; 7 great-grandchildren, Jack, Gwynneth, and Brody Geller, Kennedy and Kora Buske, and Rylee and Mason McClure; a sister Jeanie Bragg, and a brother Guy (Kathy) Fuhrman.
