Karen Adams, 76, of Ankeny passed away Nov. 20, 2017 at Mercy hospice in Johnston, with her family by her side.
At her request, a formal service will not be held.
A visitation will be held 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Friday, Nov. 24th, at Memorial Services of Iowa funeral home.
Karen is survived by her husband of 56 years, Larry “Butch”; 3 children, Shawn, Tina Crees, and Krista Gulling; 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mercy Hospice in Johnston.
