So sorry to hear about Ron. As Laron's friend, he was always very kind whenever I was at the farm. He was a special guy who will be missed by all that knew him.

My husband, John, and I went to school with Ron. Ron and John were best friends for long time. Rode horses, baled hay, worked on cars, got into trouble. Ha! So remember the wonderful fun years in Ankeny when all we had to do was almost nothing, but we would always find some way to have fun doing it. My heart and prayers go out to his wife and family. I lost John a little over a year ago and the memories keep me laughing. I am sure they are looking down on us and smiling too.

Dear Lolly, Laron, Russell, Lori and LeAnna, Wanted to let you know that you and your families are in my thoughts, and most of all, my prayers. I will always remember the "wild ride" I had with Ronnie on his dirt bike and the huge garden you all tended to each year. Praying for comfort as you grieve the loss of a very special family member.

I remember the time I put dad's truck in the ditch and wiped out his mail box. It was a blizzard evening and your dad and mom gave me shelter until a tow truck could come. I also remember your dad going to all the track meets and events Laron and I were in. He was a man that was always there to help. May God give you all peace.

Verlyn and I extend our sympathy to Laura and the Family. We will miss Ron as we consider him a special friend.
The Benjamins and Norings spent some good times together. Twenty-five years ago we met because of our shared interest in 1960 Chevy Impalas. Both of us couples also loved coneys, music and dogs.
Ron will be remembered as a hard worker with a generous heart.

Benjamin family,

Ron has been my children's bus driver since my oldest started kindergarten 8 years ago, and on every first day of school I would hope that Ron was going be the one to pull up in the bus and drive them another year. I never worried about them when I knew they were in his care! Never!

I was heartbroken to learn of Ron's passing. I didn't know him well, but I had a great deal of respect and admiration for him and the job he did so well.

Our boys will miss him....and, the candy bars!

From our family to yours, you have our sincere sympathy, thoughts and prayers. We will miss him!
